MONEY

The official currency of Indonesia is : Indonesian rupiah (code : IDR).

In Pulau Banyak are not any ATMs and they are not accepting international credit or debit cards.

We highly recommend you to withdraw enough money in Medan.

They are ATMs machine in Singkil (BRI or Bank Aceh), but only serves Mastercard and it’s often offline or out of cash.

PS : In our accommodation you can pay by card using the transfrewise.com application.

 

VISA

Citizens of 169 countries get a free 30-days visa on arrival. These free 30-days visa are not extendable !!!

The 60 days tourist visa must obtain from a Indonesian embassy, prior to entering Indonesia.

All visa validity are counts from the first day of arrival !!!
